This policy explains what Kronum collects when you visit or order from this store, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card. We never see or store the full card number.
- Usage data: pages viewed and device type, through cookies and analytics.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud, and, if you opted in, to send marketing email. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works.
Who receives it
Shipping carriers, our payment provider, and the platform that hosts this store. They receive only what they need to do their part, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@kronum.com and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart between pages and measure how the store is used. Blocking them in your browser still lets you browse, but the cart may not survive a page change.
