Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and customs checks can add time we do not control.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If the tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Customs and duties

Orders inside the European Union arrive with duties already settled. For other destinations, import duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or incomplete address

Check the address before confirming. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we reship it once at no extra cost.
