Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, for any reason. Customers in the European Union also keep the 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs in parallel and is never shortened by this policy.
Condition
The watch must come back unworn, with the protective film in place and in its original box. A watch that has been sized, engraved or worn outside cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
How it works
- Write to support@kronum.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We reply with the return address and the steps.
- Once the parcel arrives and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We cover the return shipping and you choose between a replacement and a full refund.
Who pays the return shipping
For a change of mind, the return shipping is on the customer. For a faulty item, a wrong item or damage in transit, it is on us.
What cannot be returned
Gift cards, and items marked as final sale at the moment of purchase.
